About Swan Hill Neighbourhood House
A welcoming place to connect, learn and belong.
Swan Hill Neighbourhood House is a not-for-profit community organisation incorporated in 1988 to bring people together through programs, activities and practical services.
We provide welcoming opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to connect with others, learn new skills, share interests and access support. From community activities and digital skills assistance to essential services and opportunities to volunteer, we're here to help strengthen our local community.
Our programs are shaped by the needs and interests of the people we serve, and we welcome your ideas for new activities and services.
Everyone is welcome, and there's a place for you here.
“…a social force for their local communities, taking action on a range of issues, reducing social inequalities and enriching the quality of life for the community.”
